The Catechesis of the Good Shepherd is an approach to facilitating children's faith development that is rooted in scriptures, liturgy, and the Montessori method.  It was developed by Sophia Cavalletti and Gianna Gobbi in Rome and its use has spread across cultures and backgrounds throughout the world. 

 

This website is part of my electronic album that I have created together with my classmates for the Level 1 Catechist Training taught by MaryLynne Boisvert at Saint Patrick - Saint Anthony Church in Hartford, CT.  Catechists in this training were prepared to work in the Level 1 program, which is for children ages 3-6.
